Support Worker (Young Persons Project)

We currently have an exciting and rewarding opportunity available for an experiencedSupport Worker to join our team within Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people 16 years to 21 years living in supported accommodation. Building resilience to confidently allow young persons to go forward to achieve their outcome and manage a tenancy independently in line with Housing Support Grant Outcomes.

This role requires experience of working with young people who may present with mental health challenges and complex needs, providing appropriate, person-centred support to promote wellbeing and independence.

This a permanent role working 36 hours per week.

You will need a full, current driving licence and use of a vehicle.
