Five gentlemen who Dimensions support at their welcoming home in Farnham are looking forward to meeting a new Support Worker to join their friendly and dedicated team. They are aged between their 19s and 50s and are autistic and/or have learning disabilities. They are an outgoing and sociable group who enjoy sharing life's experiences with people who genuinely care. As a Support Worker, you'll play an important part in supporting the gentlemen to live independent, fulfilling lives. This may include planning and enjoying holidays together, visiting museums and local attractions, attending concerts at Prince's Hall and G Live, and heading out for drinks, meals or pub lunches in Farnham. A sports coach also visits fortnightly, and you may support or even join in with work-outs. Family means a great deal to these gentlemen, with regular visits at home and support to visit loved ones.
