Salary: £12.71 per hour (£26,436.80 per annum, based on 40 hours per week). Working hours: up to 40 hours per week. Service location: Endurance Care Limited – Cromer Road, Norfolk.
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with young adults by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
- Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
- Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
- Plan and participate in any out and day activities they wish to enjoy.
- Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
