Elm Tree Bank Support Worker

Elm Tree is recruiting a Bank Support Worker at Elm Tree House in Keynsham, near Bristol. We offer residential support for eight males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability, including people who are deaf. Our service is located in a suburban area close to the countryside.

What you’ll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team committed to resident wellbeing. You will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents. You will act with professional behaviour, adhering to policies and procedures, and contribute to maintaining safety, security and confidentiality standards.
