About the Role
We are recruiting a full‑time Support Worker for the Drumoyne/Govan area of Glasgow, supporting six gentlemen with varying healthcare and mobility needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous support for 24 hours a day, focusing on day shifts (37.5 hours per week, 3x12.5-hour days) including weekends and occasional nights.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records, with full training provided.
- Assist with daily living activities, maintain a shared garden, and facilitate social activities such as walks, music, and aromatherapy.
- Communicate effectively with health professionals and support team to ensure high quality care.
- Adhere to safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and safeguard the well‑being of the people supported.
