About Your New Role
At Open Minds, we’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs on-site in Logan. Offering casual opportunities, you'll work alongside a compassionate team, supporting clients in their homes, Supported Independent Living and the community, where every shift brings a new opportunity – whether you're assisting with daily tasks, supporting mental health challenges, or simply being a trusted companion.
About You
- Experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges
- Excel in complex support environments, including SIL, In Home, Clinical Settings, and Community Access
- Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations
- Can work across a rotating roster (including morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts)
