As an End User Support Technologist, you will report to the Assistant Director of Client Technology Services. Your responsibilities will include assisting users with service requests, configuring systems, and working closely with vendors. You will also handle software installations, perform virus removals, and ensure optimal performance for instructional technologies across the campus.
