Job Description

The Support Staff supports kitchen and service operations by delivering food and ensuring efficient communication between the kitchen and dining room. They help maintain service flow while ensuring quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards are met. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between the kitchen and dining room during service
• Announce orders clearly to the Chef and kitchen team at the pass
• Ensure all dishes meet presentation and temperature standards before being served
• Verify plate accuracy and cleanliness prior to delivery
• Deliver food promptly and efficiently to the appropriate tables
• Support service flow by managing timing and pace for each table
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Assist servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
