L2 Support Specialist
Location: Mexico

Responsibilities
High proficiency in UNIX shell navigation and scripting
Skilled at all aspects of SQL development including advanced query and procedure writing
Ability to read and debug programming code in Java, C# or Python
Knowledge of Scripting will be added advantage
Experience tuning SQL code, quality assurance, and unit testing
Working knowledge of Control-M, Autosys will be good
Proactive ownership and management of allocated tickets
Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets at one time
Escalate incident tickets through the appropriate channels
Effectively document investigative steps and analysis to escalate technical issue
Investigate any identified issues with the implementation and then proactively drive resolution. Maintain up to date product knowledge and awareness of new features.
