Job Purpose

Hindalco Alupuram Works is an aluminium extrusion manufacturing unit with casting, extrusion, downstream processing facilities, warehouses, administrative buildings, contractor work zones, residential colonies, and guest houses spread across a vast campus. The plant operates in a continuous manufacturing environment with high-value assets, critical utilities, and significant movement of employees, contractors, materials, and vehicles on a 24×7 basis. The Security Staff plays a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s men, materials, machinery, and property in an environment that involves hot working processes, heavy equipment, and strict safety and statutory requirements. The location has a diverse workforce comprising permanent employees, contract workmen, migrant labour, vendors, and visitors, which requires strict access control, vigilance, and documentation at all entry and exit points.
