Support Nutrition & Food Science Lab Operations (school)

• Daily upkeep of the food labs including sweeping, mopping, tidying of food labs and prep room.
• Collate orders of recipes from teachers and carry out timely orders of ingredients for daily lessons and examinations.
• Support NFS unit with filling and documentation, including billings, receipts, delivery order, etc.
• Manage equipment loans, book reference, etc.
• Support other department activities including those involving the use of the food labs.

• Secondary school qualifications or equivalent.
• Able to converse and keep records in English.
• Able to use MS Office apps.
• Relevant certification on food hygiene, food preparation and food safety (or Willing to take).
• At least three (3) years of similar experience in school environment.
