Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to the general manager on cross-sector coordination for strategic files
- Actively contribute to the development of the business plan and performance framework
- Ensure rigorous monitoring and make recommendations to the management committee
- Oversee employees' and managers' skills development
- Build high-performance teams and help talent reach its full potential
- Oversee a team mostly made up of HR, communications and associative affairs advisors
- Attend board meetings to represent strategic and financial aspects and lead certain committees
- Manage the annual salary budget and manage skills development activities
- Coordinate communication and representation activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
