Job Title: Support Lead – Mid-Tier Java/AWS
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)
Hiring Mode: Contract (12+ Months)

Skills: Digital: Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing – Advanced Java Concepts – Incident Management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mid-tier application support for critical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Java-based applications
- Monitor and manage AWS-hosted environments
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams
- Ensure SLA compliance and incident resolution
- Drive continuous improvement in support processes
