Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripheral devices.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
- Support connectivity issues involving wired networks, WiFi, and related infrastructure.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Contribute to maintaining a stable and efficient IT environment.
Requirements
