We're looking for an L1 Support Engineer to join a global Application Support team, providing first-line technical support for users across the WPP Open Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical and application support.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and triage support tickets, escalating complex issues to L2 when needed.
- Manage user access requests and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure SLA compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
