We're Hiring: L1 Support Engineer

We're looking for an L1 Support Engineer to join a global Application Support team, providing first-line technical support for users across the WPP Open Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical and application support.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and triage support tickets, escalating complex issues to L2 when needed.
  • Manage user access requests and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure SLA compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
