From HCL we are seeking a skilled WMS L2 Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The role focuses on supporting end-to-end warehouse operations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring seamless system integrations during business-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across multiple warehouse operations
- Support core warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch
- Perform SQL-based data analysis to investigate issues, validate data, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and resolve integration failures with upstream and downstream systems
- Coordinate with business users, internal IT teams, and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution
