About the Role
As a MS Dynamics IT Support Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and optimising our suite of Microsoft Dynamics applications (including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related integrations). You'll work closely with business users, developers, and third‐party vendors to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st to 3rd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, BC) and related applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Dynamics ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure integrations.
