Job Description: The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to users and troubleshooting problems related to hardware, software, network systems, VMWare environment, 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure as well as Hyper-V. This position requires a strong understanding of computer systems and an aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by users. Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems. Responding to technical support inquiries in a timely manner. Providing technical assistance and training to users as needed.
