Support Engineer: Infrastructure & Database (24x7)

IT Group, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide Tier 1 & 2 support for infrastructure and software incidents, with onsite visits as needed.

You will own customer issues from initial contact to resolution, collaborate with engineering teams and partners for L2/L3 support, and maintain infrastructure with documentation. Willingness to travel and work shifting schedules (24x7) is required.
