We expect all members of the team to work in an Agile and Lean way, using fit for purpose, low overhead processes to underpin the work.
The role will be required to work as part of a global team of support, developers, partners and vendors in order to deliver expected service commitments.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or equivalent years of professional work experience in related discipline.
- At least 3+ years of experience working on IT environment.
- (Optional) At least 3+ years of experience working on Pharmaceutical Companies and working with Chemists and/or Scientists
- At least 3+ years of experience understanding and working with Incident Management (ServiceNow), Application Support.
- Familiarized with Remote Assistance attending customers.
**Mandatory - desired skills**:
- Very good English level.
- ServiceNow.
- Familiarized with Windows environments.
- Proactive.
