Job Profile - Support Engineer I

Overview

This role is a newly formed team within the Supply Chain execution and will be a pioneer in providing value-added rapid deployment and onboarding projects for our WMS (3PL and Retail Shipper) expedited growth customer base.

What you'll do:

  • Provide functional and/or technical support during customer upgrades, deployments, rollouts, and post-production phases
  • Expertise in all WMS-related technologies including MOCA, integration methods, and other 3rd party tools and utilities
  • Maintain positive customer relationships by replicating defects, simulating failures, updating JIRAs, and managing customer expectations to instill confidence in BY's continued solutions
  • Document change control and publish testing results transparently to the customer on a schedule.
  • Bring in new ideas for automation, re-use, and service improvements
  • Deep understand of BY's evolving SaaS...
