Responsibilities
- Provide EC Level 2 Application Software Support and manage Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem management.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve code errors and bug issues within the software applications in accordance with SLAs.
- Assess customer-reported issues to determine prioritization.
- Integrate technical knowledge with business understanding to consult and provide solutions to customers.
- Document assigned incidents, including internal and external communications.
- Maintain strong adherence to Service Level Objectives.
- Work flexibly in shift or on‑call duty to provide continuous support to customers 24/7.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
