Multi‑function Sales Support role in a Business Centre, reporting to the Sales Manager, based in Mississauga, Ontario. The position is full‑time, regular.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by performing back‑end tasks, enabling salespeople to focus on sales activities and increase Sales ROI.
- Manage customer accounts, enter pricing quotations, request vendor quotations, and follow up on quotes.
- Administer opening of new accounts and maintain existing customer‑account databases.
- Provide information updates and resolve issues related to shipments and vendor paperwork.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and reel return paperwork; manage freight claims.
- Run customer sales reports; track non‑stock items and reell returns.
- Assist with over‑the‑counter sales if branch supports it.
- Investigate dated orders and take required action to finalize them.
