**Job Description Summary**: Managing our customers' satisfaction, considering the performance, analysis and action plan when applicable on the feedback provided by the customer.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for doing all the quality inspections of all the materials that are received in the Supply Unit.
- Responsible of updating quality master data (SAP)
- Responsible for quality assurance, which includes:
- Managing customer complaints, with the same modus operandi as NCPs, making clear the urgency of the issue since our client has already been impacted by the reported deviation.
- Carrying out NCP treatments, evaluating problems, using quality tools (5Why's, Ishikawa, 8D, etc.) make the root cause analyses, supporting the team in containment action and later corrective action, as well as supporting the COPQ reporting at NCP when applicable.
