Job Summary
On one hand, participating in inventory management strategy analyses, product segmentation, and safety stock parameterization. On the other hand, providing support to the Supply team in some analyses for calculating needs for specific distribution centers and business units by creating purchase orders. Simultaneously, assisting in feasibility analyses to automate the creation of orders.
Key Accountabilities
- Learn the different variables and analyses required for planning purchasing needs.
- Calculate future purchasing needs and create orders in the system.
- Become familiar with historical data on consumption, sales and forecasts.
- Assist in building a product segmentation that allows us to dimension different safety stock levels based on various variables.
