What You’ll Do
- Translates mid-term (ca. 12 months) production plan into the short-term (ca. 1-2 months) plan, creates rough-cut capacity plan
- Develops short-term production and scheduling plans by line / technology, considering capacity, utilization and timing;
aligning with Plant & Hub materials management to ensure production schedule;
main contact towards production (plants, CMs + production steering) - Identifies short-term FG requirements in the markets and ensures execution of adequate business priority
- Monitors daily actuals against weekly plan, tracks production schedule adherence, & recommends corrective action for non-adherence
- Owns timely fulfillment of weekly tasks incl clean system data, MD completeness (e.G. Open Orders, Y-Status) & adjustment of parameters
- Facilitates inputs pro-actively to Supply Reviews to highlight current/future availability issues & opportunities to grow
