Responsibilities

• Lead interface with internal customers and collaborate with stakeholders during the ordering phase
• Interact with suppliers (remotely or on-site) and transversal departments to implement corrective actions and resolve disputes
• Provide oversight of inventories and implement action plans with suppliers
• Analyze delays & prioritize urgencies for emergency assembly lines and customer support, pilot short‑ and long‑term action plans (delay retrofit, missing parts, improvement of logistics flows)
• Ensure availability of export control licenses (not ECCD) related to hardware deliveries
• Raise risks, follow up actions, report and escalate deviations from industrial targets, identify critical work‑packages/deliverables and initiate mitigation actions in coordination with transversa...
