Role Summary
This role sits within the RL Supply Chain Transformations team, responsible for managing projects that support NPI (New Product Introduction) operations across manufacturing and supply chain. The Program Manager will ensure seamless coordination across cross‑functional teams for on‑time delivery of technology solutions, system enhancements, and process automation that enable NPI workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong program management capabilities with hands‑on knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain operations. Experience in NPI or the broader product development lifecycle is a distinct advantage.
