Responsibilities
- A Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end flow of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and inventory while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and GMP standards.
- Plan and coordinate supply chain operations for pharmaceutical products.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, APIs, packaging materials, and production supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA/QC, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Track shipments, imports, exports, and customs clearance within UAE GCC regulations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare forecasts and demand planning reports.
