What a typical day looks like:
Drive end-to-end E&O claim process improvement at item-level, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance across systems.Lead development and enhancement of E&O Workbench (EO WB) and CMH Integration solutions.Design and implement automated workflows, scripts, and UI components to enable seamless claim creation and processing.Enable secure access management and data control within Flexware / Workbench platforms.Work on template standardization and optimization to improve process efficiency.Ensure data consistency and business rule alignment across BAAN V / LN and downstream systems.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate E&O requirements into scalable technical solutions.<...
