What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end onboarding of Direct Ship and Online Only vendors, including system configuration and pilot execution
- Educate vendors on requirements and ensure readiness prior to go‑live
- Set up key parameters such as lead times, transit times, SKU and Store ramp‑ups, and order flows
- Ensure orders move accurately across channels with minimal disruption
- Execute changes such as vendor/channel transitions and SKU ramp‑ups
- Monitor order flow performance and address exceptions proactively
- Ensure vendor and product setup meet Line Review or Season Setup timelines
- Partner closely with Direct Ship, eCommerce, Order Management, Transportation, and Merchandising teams
- Align all stakeholders on vendor setup requirements and readiness
