Responsibilities
- First Sale for Export (FSFE) – Operational Support Provide daily operational support for FSFE transactions following project go‑live, ensuring accurate posting within the APEX intercompany structure. Monitor transaction flows, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive timely issue resolution. Ensure compliance with FSFE requirements, including correct tariff structures, accurate documentation, and audit readiness. Respond to FSFE‑related inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams and external vendors. Maintain accurate FSFE master data and support system or configuration updates when required. Track recurring issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to enhance long‑term FSFE process stability.
