Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory planning, material planning, production planning, or logistics within a manufacturing environment. Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a regional environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Power BI (mandatory). Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred). SQL knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and ability to work in multicultural environments. Key Responsibilities Support demand and supply planning activities based on sales forecasts and business requirements.
