Supply Chain NPI Program Manager (Power Conversion & Power Electronics)

Job Description

Supply Chain NPI Program Manager, Power Conversion & Power Electronics, is a program leadership role responsible for driving supply chain readiness for Nextpower's newly acquired power conversion business and future power electronics growth.

Based in Nextpower's Madrid office, this position will lead programs to qualify and onboard new vendors, establish local EU contract manufacturing capability, and support new product introduction from prototype through production ramp. Over time, the role will also lead supply chain integration activities for M&A in the power conversion and power electronics business.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain NPI programs for power conversion and power electronics products from prototype through pilot builds, production release, and ramp.
