Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will lead all supply chain activities for one manufacturing site.
This manager will drive S&OP processes, manage material budgets, and oversee supplier performance for both direct and indirect materials, ensuring on-time delivery for commercial and defense aerospace programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Optimization: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to achieve business goals, including lean manufacturing initiatives and reducing supply chain risk.
- Supplier Management & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for long-term contracts, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-reduction initiatives (PPV - Purchase Price Variance).
- Production Planning & Inventory Control: Oversee material planning, inventory levels, and production scheduling to ensure continuity of supply, minimizing excess inventory while maintaining 100% on-time delivery.
