PURPOSE:
The Supply Chain team is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Execution and Systems to own the end-to-end execution of supply into projects, ensuring material availability, delivery performance, and data integrity. Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Execution, this role will drive the transformation of supply chain systems, processes, and outsourcing interfaces to deliver reliable operations today and a scalable future model.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Supply Execution Ensure material readiness for all projects (on time, complete, aligned to schedule) Lead the project buying team in execution of all purchasing activities Own supplier delivery performance across active suppliers Drive issue resolution and escalation to protect project timelines Ensure alignment with Engineering on BoM availability, completeness, and accuracy, enabling timely uploads to ERP to secure timely orders to suppliers correctly the first time
