Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning operations, managing incoming, outgoing, and internal flows within plant/distribution center operations
• Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals and enhance network efficiency
• Ensure safety of the logistics team, packaging operations and dangerous goods flows
• Ensure implementation of industrial policy and develop the necessary skills
• Be responsible for people management including safety (including external), goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being
• Manage the resources versus the load according to the MPS and the customer portfolio: Warehouse and MPH
