Responsibilities
Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning operations, managing incoming, outgoing, and internal flows within plant/distribution center operations
Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals and enhance network efficiency
Ensure Safety of Logistics team, packaging operations and dangerous goods flows
Ensure implementation of Industrial policy and develop the necessary skills
Be responsible for people management including: safety (including external), goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being.
Manage the resources versus the load according to the MPS and the customer portfolio: Warehouse and MPH
Manage the performance and the productivity of the resources: Warehouse and MPH
Is responsible of logistic department cost
