Supply Chain Implementation Lead – CPG/Retail (WMS)

**CTG is seeking to fill a Supply Chain Implementation Lead – CPG/Retail (WMS) position for our client.**

**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 10 months

**Duties:**

+ Lead and implement complex supply chain transformation projects within the CPG and Retail sectors.
+ Serve as the overall implementation lead for large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiatives.
+ Develop and execute implementation plans, including solution design, configuration, testing, and training strategies.
+ Conduct client workshops, design sessions, and status meetings to gather requirements and drive alignment.
+ Partner with client leadership to influence key stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
+ Provide hands-on leadership across warehouse design, automation, robotics, and operational readiness.
+ Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
