Responsibilities:
- Issues, track and update purchase orders based on production needs
- Make cost-effective purchases and maintain a fully stocked inventory
- Liaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery in good condition
- Dealing with queries in relation to invoice resolution with suppliers
- Accountable for the accuracy of purchasing parameters and maintenance of documents
- Continuous improvement to shorten the supply chains for sustainability
- Maintain a mutually beneficial supplier relationship
- Contribute to the team objective for assured supply and quality product
- Diploma in Business or Supply Chain related discipline
- Minimum 1 year related working experience
- Able to work in a fast paced MNC environment
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Be team player with excellent communication skill
