Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain set-up for the new Iberica facility, defining the operating model, governance and standard work, while ensuring full alignment with the main factory in Stans, Switzerland.
Define, deploy and continuously improve Supply Chain processes (planning, procurement, logistics, inventory and supplier management), translating industrial and business requirements into robust procedures, controls and KPIs.
Drive the Supply Chain workstream within the S/4HANA implementation, ensuring fit-to-standard process design, master data readiness, system integration and a compliant go-live supporting plant ramp‑up.
