Overview

Escape Trailer is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Director of Supply Chain. This role is both strategic and operational, responsible for ensuring all materials and components are planned, procured, and delivered on time to support production. You will play a key role in vendor management, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while helping scale our operations efficiently.

The Director of Supply Chain is accountable for production planning as well as all vendors contributing to the production process. This role ensures all parts are purchased and delivered on time while seeking best value from suppliers. You will organize systems efficiently, remove bureaucracy, and implement lean and visual systems to control and manage inventory.
