Job Purpose
The Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily supply chain and operational activities, including order processing, inventory coordination, warehouse operations, logistics arrangements, reporting, and administrative support. The role works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and inventory movement.
Key Responsibilities 1. Order Management & Sales Support- Create and process Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, Credit Notes, and product requisition requests accurately and timely.
- Monitor and follow up on pending customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams on order-related matters.
