memobottle is growing fast, and we're rebuilding our operations function to be leaner and more automated. We've built an internal AI operations tool that handles inventory forecasting, sell-through analysis, and reorder recommendations - so this role is not about building spreadsheet models. It's about running the physical supply chain: booking freight, coordinating suppliers, moving stock between warehouses, and keeping our systems clean and accurate.
You'll be joining our small, remote-friendly Operations team and will own the execution end-to-end.
This is a remote coordination and admin role focused on the day-to-day execution of memobottle's global supply chain. We manufacture in China and ship to fulfilment centres, Amazon warehouses, and distributors across the world. You'll be the person keeping all of that moving.
