Our client in Cambridge is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team for an 11-week contract, with a strong potential for extension based on performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:Act as the primary expert for all inquiries related to purchase orders and inventory, creating FAQs to support the development of an order management guide.Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate on solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.Train team members on new procedures and facilitate change management initiatives.Supervise daily transaction execution, providing support as needed to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). This involves:Ensuring timely and accurate order placements in alignment with SLAs for internal teams and suppliers.Promptly addressing and resolving urgent orders or escalations, demonstrating strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
