Financial Reporting and Cost Accounting
- Lead the monthly close process for all plants (parent and subsidiaries) and supply chain-related activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely reporting.
- Establish and prepare monthly plant financial performance reports, including variance analysis against budget, standard cost, and prior periods for presentation and discussion to the business leadership team.
- Analyze manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and warehousing costs to identify key cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and investigate manufacturing variances, including material usage, labor, overhead absorption, yield, scrap, and production efficiencies.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of inventory, production orders, and supply chain-related balance sheet accounts.
