Supply chain Assistant

Responsibilities

• Check and create PRF for warehouse billing
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for supply chain activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records.
• Organize and manage physical and electronic files related to supply chain operations.
• Handle inquiries from customers regarding order status, delivery times, and discrepancies.
• Liaise with different departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
• Collect and compile data related to supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year-related course or preferably a food technology graduate.
• An experienced supply chain preferably in food (perishable) industry is a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience in the related field.
