We are growing and hiring an Account Manager‑ Supply to continue our integral expansion. The account manager plays a key role in the organization. You will be the main point of contact for your designated customers and liaise with different departments within Hyperguest to make sure all operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Cover all necessary actions and measures to guarantee the best relations and performance of our customers
• Continuous sales performance monitoring and optimization based on volume, revenues and contract values
• Constant communication with accounts to optimize connection and identify sales opportunities
• Bring contracts between travel partners and hotels
• Resolution of escalated customer service requests
