Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, maintain, and manage an assigned business/group vendor management program to improve productivity, service delivery, and quality.
• Perform periodic reviews, analyze program outcomes, provide insights, and make recommendations for enhancement and changes as required.
• Ensure the effective and efficient execution of all program components, including change management and communications for any enhancements or changes, and mitigate any risk.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
• Participate in initiatives as a subject matter expert for vendor arrangement or business process aspects.
