Why we need this role
The Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for the effective management of strategic supplier relationships in support of Colt Technology Services’ operational, financial, commercial and service delivery objectives. The role-holder will ensure that third-party suppliers perform in line with contractual commitments, service expectations and governance requirements, while driving continuous improvement, mitigating risk and delivering sustainable business value.
